Victory Onojah is the founder and creative director of Von-Dt Fashion Dynasty LTD, an ed-tech fashion hub that specializes in creating unique pieces using a combination of Western and African prints. These creations are designed to enhance and celebrate the beauty of the African woman, instilling her with the confidence she desires. Having graduated from Kogi State University with a degree in history and international studies, Victory has a master’s degree certification from the University of Ibadan School of Business, where she studied Business Entrepreneurship and Execution Education. In addition to her academic achievements, Victory has participated in various prestigious programs that have helped shape her entrepreneurial skills. She is an alumnae of the Academy for Women Entrepreneurs (AWE), a US exchange program focused on nurturing female entrepreneurs. She is also an alumnae of the Aspiring Entrepreneurs Program (AEP), a pan-African women's empowerment network. Furthermore, she has completed an entrepreneurship training program with the Development Bank of Africa (DBN), further enhancing her knowledge and expertise in this field. Recently, Victory obtained a certificate from Honoris Online Academy, sponsored by Coca-Cola, where she gained valuable soft skills including Behavioral Intelligence, Critical Thinking, Creativity, Design Thinking, and Communication. Impressively, she was awarded her first dollar grant at the end of this program. Victory is a multi-talented entrepreneur who has successfully secured numerous business grants, both in local currency (Naira) and US dollars. She has also authored a book that educates people on the ins and outs of grant writing. Her ultimate goal is to empower young Africans with entrepreneurial and life skills through her fashion institute. In her spare time, when she isn't singing, Victory dedicates herself to continuously updating her knowledge on entrepreneurship and staying abreast of the latest trends and developments in the field.
