Jerry Kanyinebi is a Learning and Development strategist dedicated to bridging knowledge gaps across organizations, industries, and sectors. With over five years of experience, he designs and delivers learning solutions that close critical skill gaps, drive performance, and support organizational goals. His work spans training needs analysis, curriculum design, instructional content development, and learning platform deployment—ensuring that knowledge is transformed into action and results. Through roles at Oakvale Learning, Fusion Circle, and an Instructional Design Bootcamp, Jerry helps organizations build capacity and empowers young and entry-level professionals to navigate career transitions, find clarity, and make meaningful contributions in their fields. He leads projects on employability, workplace readiness, digital skills, and career development—always focused on creating practical, accessible, and impactful learning experiences. Jerry’s contributions extend to international development, including designing training manuals for major projects. He holds a B.Eng. in Computer Engineering, is pursuing a Master’s in Public Policy and Administration, and is active in the L&D community as a Nigerian Representative for Offbeat L&D Sparks and convener of the Knowledge Transfer Series—committed to helping individuals and organizations unlock their potential through learning.
